1. What data we process
We process the full name, company name, e-mail address, phone number, sector, request type and message content you send us through the website.
When the platform is used, staff identity and organisation details, BLE tag assignments, entry-exit and area passage records (time, door/reader, direction), and shift, leave and timesheet details are processed.
2. Purpose of processing
Your data is processed to respond to demo requests, prepare quotes, carry out contract processes and provide customer support.
3. Retention period
Contact form records are kept for a maximum of 24 months. If a contractual relationship is established, statutory retention periods apply.
4. Sharing
Your data is not shared with third parties other than the hosting and infrastructure providers required to deliver the service, and it is never sold for marketing purposes.
5. Your rights and contact
You have the right to access, correct and delete your data and to object to its processing. You can send your requests to info@mintyfi.com.
