KVKK Privacy Notice
This notice explains the scope in which your personal data is processed and the rights you have.
Data controller
Under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK), the data controller is Mintyfi, the provider of the PDKS service.
Personal data processed
Identity (full name), contact (e-mail, phone), customer transaction (request content) and transaction security (IP, session log) data are processed.
Legal grounds
Data is processed on the legal grounds of the establishment and performance of a contract and the legitimate interest of the data controller. Marketing communication is carried out only with explicit consent.
How to apply
You can send your requests under Article 11 of the KVKK to info@mintyfi.com. Applications are concluded within 30 days at the latest.
